Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for services purchased from Europa Monster ("we", "us", "our"). It applies to all consulting packages listed on europa.monster.
1. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise this right, send a clear statement to help@europa.monster including your full name, order reference and date of purchase.
2. Loss of the right of withdrawal
By purchasing a service and expressly requesting that performance begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If performance has started but not been completed, you will be charged for the portion of the service already delivered.
3. Refund eligibility
- Full refund: Available if no work has commenced and the request is made within 14 days of purchase.
- Partial refund: If work has begun, we will refund the amount corresponding to services not yet delivered, less reasonable costs already incurred.
- No refund: No refund is available once the service has been fully delivered, or where a refusal of a visa, permit or registration by a third-party authority is the result of factors outside our control (e.g. incorrect information provided by the client, changes in law, embassy decisions).
4. Non-refundable items
- Third-party fees (government, embassy, translation, apostille, notary, bank).
- Consultation calls already attended.
- Custom-prepared documents already delivered.
5. How to request a refund
Email help@europa.monster with the subject line "Refund request" and include your order reference, the package purchased, the date of purchase and the reason for the request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take additional time to appear on your statement.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes can be resolved directly and faster than through the payment provider.
