Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Europa Monster ("we", "us"). By purchasing a service or using europa.monster, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide consulting and advisory services related to European Union work visas, residence permits and the formation of consulting businesses within EU member states. We are not a law firm, and our services do not constitute legal representation unless explicitly stated in writing.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full before services commence, unless an alternative arrangement is agreed in writing.

4. Client obligations

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documentation.
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information.
• Comply with all applicable laws of your home country and the destination jurisdiction.

5. No guarantee of outcome

Decisions on visa, residence permit and business registration applications are made by competent third-party authorities. While we provide our professional best effort, we cannot guarantee approval of any application.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual property

All materials, templates and content produced by us remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for your personal use only. Resale or redistribution is prohibited.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. Fees for work already performed remain payable. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
